I initially thought that the low price of this product would mean that it may be a "cheap" product but I was wrong! I've had this product for almost two months and love it!! It stays hooked up to my laptop 24/7 through the USB port at home. It sits there by my laptop always ready to charge my phone and I EVEN believe it charges the phone FASTER than a regular AC charger! I know it sounds crazy but my cellphone will go from red to green pretty quickly. It's also great because you can expand the charger cable out or in within a few inches to keep it at a certain length that you may need. This product has made my day-to-day life that much more smooth!

Here is a clever idea. Zip-Linq combines a retractable, 30-inch, USB 1.1 extension cable with a cell phone adapter. Use is fairly straightforward: Attach the correct phone adapter to the Zip-Linq cable. Extend the retractable cable, up to 30 inches maximum. Plug the other end of the Zip-Linq cable into any PC or Mac with a USB port, plug the adapter end into your cell phone and in about an hour, your cell phone is charged. Cautions: You need to remember to pull on the retractable cable from BOTH ends, at the same time, NOT just one end. The wire itself is rather thin and can easily be damaged or broken. Use a powered USB port, either on the computer itself or a USB hub with its own power supply. On the plus side, it is much easier to carry the Zip-Linq than the proper cell phone charger. The Zip-Linq only weighs a couple of ounces. Zip-Linq actually works rather well. There are a couple of different models of Zip-Linq cables to choose from. Be sure to buy the correct one for your cell phone. Check their web site, www.ziplinq.com for the latest information on cell phone compatibility. I personally would have preferred a longer cable than just 30 inches, but even with this minor inconvenience, it works and is very handy to have.
