I purchased this receiver a few months ago. I wanted to get used to it before writing a review. I own several stereos from various makers but this is the tops! There is all most nothing that this receiver cannot do. It includes a very simple remote for those that are easily confused by remote controls...as well as a full feature remote that automatically lights itself when you/your hand get near it (nice in a dark room!). Want to access your RX-Z11 via your laptop? no problem - just connect the receiver to your network/laptop! My only objection is that I do use all of the speaker connections in the back and find it a bit tough to squeeze everything into the tight connection room they give you on the back of the receiver (even when using banana plugs). I feel that the Yamaha RX-Z11 is THE best receiver on the market bar none! Yamaha RX-Z11BL 11.2-Channel Digital Home Theater Receiver
