The product barely works, it installs differently every time and it loads weird background applications that are all but impossible to delete (there is one I have still not been able to get rid of)

Have it plugged into a desktop at home. It will tune in analog stations but has not picked up any digital stations with the accompanying antenna nor with 'rabbit ears'. The Channel Master CM-7000 converter box I have picks up ATSC (HDTV) signals fine with a a simple pair of rabbit ears so I can see my local ATSC stations on my old TV. I am NOT impressed.

I've been using the 950 for a little over a year now with no issues. I wanted a TV Tuner for my Laptop so I could watch TV in the basement, bedroom, garage; anyplace I had coax. I do not record nor use the HD ATSC digital capabilities. I just wanted cable TV where I wanted it and this product was perfect. Simple install, clear signal, and durable (it doubled as a cat toy and spent the night in a litter box. Brushed it off, blew it out with compressed air, plugged it in and didn't miss the start of "Always Sunny in Phily"). I considered picking up the remote for $16 but after this long, the $16 will be better spent on 4 gallons of gas. Ok, 3.48 gallons.
