We have used this phone (four of these phones and two VTech 20-2481 2.4 GHz DSS 2-Line Expandable Cordless Phone with Digital Answering System and Caller ID (Silver and Black) for at least five years. Our luck has been somewhat better than other reviewers and we are mostly pleased with the system. Here are my observations:* Great battery life on the handset (2 hours of talk time)* Replacement batteries are easy to find* Good two line features (confrencing, hold, etc)* Caller ID* Speaker PhoneMy only complaint is that the handsets lose thier minds when dropped and take upwards of minute to recover.Has served us well for many years! Recommended

I have used the phone system for a couple of years. It is one of the best I have found for a small office in terms of functionality and sound quality.The durability is a whole different ball game. The key pad began to stick on the most frequently used telephones after about a year. resulting in missed calls, dialing errors, and other problems.
