I have the base with two satellite units. I have experience numerous dropped calls and low battery problems. Granted, the system is one of the most attractive in the market place. But, the level of frustration experienced by dropped call has convinced me that I should just buy a new phone from another company.

I don't understand what all the fuss is about this phone. I bought mine two years ago, and it still works fine. I've had a handful of dropped call, but I attribute those to cable problems rather than phone problems. It's interesting that some reviewers suggest buying a new battery to remedy the phone's many cited problems. This might be the answer. Although, as I've said, my phone has been working fine for two years, I've made a habit of putting the handset back on the cradle every night before I go to bed to preserve battery life. If you are one of those who keep the handset off the cradle for days at a time, you might want to replace the battery before totally giving up.

I enjoyed this phone. You can add photos and all that. I mean really nice. Songs...its just like a cell phone....so its a plus for me...stylish!
