This phone is driving me crazy with slow dialing, and needing several attempts to make a connection. Do not buy.

Thanks for such a reasonably priced two line cordless phone! I am loving it.

How do I hate this phone, let me count the ways: 1) Horrible, disruptive clicking sound when a call comes into the other line. Your entire conversation on line one is derailed when a call comes into line two or if someone in the house picks up line two when you're on line one. Terrible. 2) Very limited battery life, even when new. Got to be on a 45 minute conference call? Don't plan on running past that time or having to place a call when the con call is done, you can't! God forbid you leave it off the charger for a few hours while you run out. 3) No mute on the handset. A very important feature when you're on a conference call. 4) Cannot easily transfer calls from the handset to the base (important for when the BATTERY DIES and you don't want to drop a call 5) Clumsy number storage in the phone's auto-dial 6) Can't dial from caller ID. My cell phone will automatically put a "1" before a number to place a call from caller ID but this thing doesn't. Maybe land lines can't do this, so this might not be a limitation of this phone, but hey, I'm on a roll There HAVE to be better phones out there than this. Keep moving, this one is a waste of money.
