The Plantronics S11 corded headset is a real Godsend for a job that requires heavy phone usage. Gives you the ability to use both hands, and the sound is very clear. I have had no complaints from anyone I've talked to while using it. A cordless gives you greater mobility,yes, but for the price (especially at Amazon), you can't beat it! I purchased these for my team at work because we do so many conference calls. They have been one of our best investments. They aren't the top of the line, but for the money they work well. They provide the needed ability to be hands free and work on your computer without hurting your neck holding a handset on your shoulder.

then this is the one you want,,,,,, we tried few other ones , but this is the keeper, i believe this is one of the only one for price with volume control for speaker and the mic
