...I have only good things to say about this excellent product. In fact, where other brands fail in my (rather finicky, if good) Sony drive, only these consistently burn without errors. Ever. I suspect that the previous reviewer experienced a burn- or data-failure caused by his drive, his software, or himself. GIGO. I have used hundreds of these - and for hundreds of rewrites each. For binary data (both compressed and uncompressed), for video, for audio, for text - you name it. Oh well, there's always someone out there who can't operate a stick...

I am giving this DVD+RW one star because I can't give it NEGATIVE STARS. I used it four times and now it freezes every computer I've put it in. When I bought it it was priced at $6 which would've made it more cost effective (though less green) to just use disposable DVD+Rs. I went for the Verbatim even though they're more expensive because they were so reliable. Not in this instance.
