There's not a lot I can say about blank media used for backup purposes. You pick what you need to back up, burn it to these CDs, and you're backed up. I ordered mine direct from Amazon & it was here the next day even though I got 2-day delivery with Prime... absolutely no problems. However, the discs smell when you open them... a LOT. This is a chemical smell that dissipates over the course of an hour or so, but I'm kind of wondering if I'm going to turn into a Marvel mutant of some sort after I got such a good whiff of these things. Other than the smell, they're great for backing up data & fit my needs perfectly.

As a high school teacher, I take photos of all the sporting events, rallies, graduation and so forth. I store the photos of these activities on the CD's. I am about 2/3 of the way through and have only encountered one CD with a problem. Otherwise they have been flawless. I will, for example, save a softball game on a CD, and then save another game on the same CD the following week. With 700 MB per disk, I can get a number of events on one disk. They have been great.

I have used 12 discs so far and 4 were 'corrupt' already. Telling me i only had 22 MB's on the empty disc. Kinda sucks
