It had both the clip for the GPS and the suction cup base. Unlike the ones in the local stores which only had the base.

This is what came with my Garmin when I bought it. Within 20 seconds I realized there is no safe place to put it in my Honda Civic. It might be because of how slanted the windshield is but the only places I can reach it while driving are palces where I would have to look far away from the road. Anywhere that I can see it without taking my eyes too much off the road, I can't reach it. Completely useless!

Before buying this product, I read some earlier reviews stating it was a knock off and not a Garmin product, you don't get the suction cup, you don't get everything pictured, etc. All of those reviews are pure garbage. It is a Garmin product, and you get exactly what is pictured. The only thing you don't get (and you should) is slapped for leaving the original in the rental car.
