We have the Uniden cordless phone, and recently had some problems with the battery lasting less than a day on a charge. Consequently, I tried to call customer service, however Uniden only offers email customer service. I finally found a Texas number for them where one has to pay to call them This is a far cry from Panasonic or Sony which both offer free, toll-free support. Apparently, Uniden is too cheap to offer a toll-free support number, and they want you to pay for the phone call. To add insult to injury, when I did finally call their pay support number, I had to wait twenty minutes for someone to answer. Simply pathetic. I would avoid this company. Apparently Uniden does not want to put any money towards customers, so why should customers pay for their phones?

Have had for several years. Good quality. As it "ages," buttons a little hard to push on several handsets. Overall satisfaction. Good sound quality

I have 3 other Uniden cordless phones and I love them. It is great to have one main unit attached to the phone jack which then send signals to all other the units. By receiving the main phone's signals all the others do not have to be in a phone jack. Their range is great. I can be walking around outside the house and still receive a clear, strong signal. However, if their is an electric outage, I always have a corded phone just in case. That is the only drawback I see with any cordless phone system. Still, a great product. I now have phones on each level of my home so I can readily access a call when it comes in.
