This card (and the similar PCI-e version) are incredible. They are the best of the dozen or more TV cards I've had. I personally NEVER use the ATI media center app, so I don't know about that. However, the drivers are rocks solid and move enough processing onto the card that CPU usage stays very low, helping to ensure optimal recording, even when I'm doing other things on the system while recording. For software, I recomment Windows Media Center, Beyond TV from Snapstrem, or Mediaportal.

Legendary ATI performance: hardware rocks and the software is due to catch up the week before hardware becomes obsolete. 1. Locks up randomly, especially if attempting to record. 2. Catalyst Media Center will NOT tune HD channels on clear QAM if installed in XP. Allegedly works in Vista. Don't bother with this one folks.

Works well with Windows XPsp2 Radeon 9200 Best thing is the remote to control TV,volume, DVD,Radio and Power off PC. HD looks great compared to cable, reception is OK but a better antenna or access to outdoor antenna would improve reception.
