I got this remote thinking it would be great for my wireless music setup that I achieved with my stereo hooked up to my Airport (then wirelessly to my laptop), and it was, until I started replacing batteries every month and leaving the store thinking, "Did I even spend this much on the actual remote control?" It's since ended up in the bottom of my remote control box (yes people, hide them when you're not using them...they're ugly!) and it's small enough that it'll never be heard from again.

The Remote only works through 10.4 and the packaging is misleading. I had to send an email to customer support to find out the problem. Now I have the headache of returning the item.

This product does not work when connected to an Intel Mac running 10.5 (Leopard). Keyspan has been acquired by Tripp Lite and after several frustrating adventures with their tech support, it appears that there is no plan for further development activity. This would seem to be a dead product, at least with respect to the Mac.
