Ink cartridges are a little hard to review when you first get them because part of what you look for in a good cartridge is one that is long lasting and you don't know how one is going to last when you first put it in. However, we spent more on a Samsung cartridge this time because our last purchase, though less expensive - just didn't last long enough. We have hopes that this one will be worth the extra outlay. The order process was fine. The shipping went without a hitch. So, we'll see
