Its hard to be enthusiastic about a Toner cartridge, however I should say this is just my second cartridge in 5 years of daily, routine home office use. The printer, and the cartridge(s) have performed flawlessly. I am totally amazed by the longevity both of the printer and cartridge. This was my first laser printer and it's been a wonderful experience. So kudos to NEC.

I've tried the refills,but the original is so superior - slightly more superior at the beginning, and the difference just grows. So it's not cheap, but it's the best value.
