My son installed it for us while we were out of town, but the only complaint he had was the huge fold-out instruction sheet. It should be produced in booklet form. Other than that, we've had no issues with sound, static or anything else so far. I love the fact that it is TRULY a wall phone and fits flat against the wall. It looks great and I appreciate the date/time and caller ID functions. The only reason I didn't rate it a 5 is because the handset should be backlit - that gold on black number thing is slightly annoying - still, no huge deal to contend with. We don't use the built-in answering machine, since we have CallNotes from At&T. It amazed me that there just weren't many ACTUAL wall phones out there, but this one is perfectly fine for our needs.

I purchased this phone to use as a wall phone and wanted something that would be flat against the wall. The phone was very easy to install, looks great, and has worked very well. I have not had any issues with static, as addressed in other reviews. Overall, I am very pleased with the product.

Awesome!!! This Phone is Great.... Has a Superb Signal and the looks is Nice. I like the Glossy Black. GOOD BUY.
