There are definitely fancier hubs out there, but what this Targus hub perhaps lacks in beauty, it certainly makes up for in performance. I've found it to work without issue. Good product.

You can connect 4 USB devices, it provides overcurrent protection against short-circuits and electrical overloads, and all you have to do is simply plug and play!!! Other than wanting more ports, you can't ask for anything more! Targus rocks!

Good design overall, even for a gamer geek. Has a connection for an external power supply (power supply was not included) comes with a USB cable that's 'long enough' for most users, many will like that a longer or shorter cable can be used as well. LED per port, rather bright, and blue is a better colour than the green many have. I have also had no issues with the spacing of the ports, I have another hub with ports TOO close together. On another note, this hub worked fine on my 9 year old AMD PC running UBUNTU Linux as well as a friends MacBook . . .
