Purchased this Swann product and it broke within a year, wouldn't start up and lights just kept blinking. RMA'ed product back the the manufacturer, which took about 4 weeks, received a new one and it had the exact same problem. Customer support said they packaged it with the wrong power supply. I do not recommend this company or equipment. Will not purchase this brand again.

product arrived with the wrong transformer. Swann customer support shared that information with me like it was a given. had to fax them a proof of purchase and the right spec for the transformer needed and they promised to ship it within 2 days. when it didn't arrive they claimed I never faxed the stuff even though they verified it. faxed again. this is all true. they fedexed it after 5 days. unreal. now I have a tracking number. finally I can see that it is on the fedex track out for delivery. then all of the sudden it says" Can't locate recipient". I have to call Fedex. The mastermind at Swann shipped it to me with no address !!!! just the city and my name spelled wrong.... I gave fedex the right info waited an extra 2 days and it finally arrived. but wait..... I'm opening the box and...the highly trained professionals at Swann send me the same transformer again- the wrong one.... it is a bad joke. this is all true. if I could attach a pic I would show you all what a fedex label looks like with no address. almost funny. I'm done. returning this to amazon.

Works exactly as described. Setup was very easy. Had it hooked up to a computer monitor and the setup didn't work. Emailed swann support and they were helpful and responsive. Hooked it up to a tv and setup was a breeze. Would definitely buy this product again.
