Not as good as I expected. Can hardly hear and the people at other end always ask me to speak up, which is annoying. The piece was not worth what I paid.

This headset is a superior product to use while on the phoning. It keeps your hands free. Works great when using computer products customer service. Hands are free to do what a technocian may request without putting the phone dowm.
