Automating the backup process simplifies and reduces the time spent managing your data protection processes. Implementing unattended daily backup is especially good for environments with limited IT resources. The HP D2D2503i 1U form factor is easily rack-mounted in standard racks to optimize space in the data centre. It supports all leading backup and archive applications allowing the device to be installed and used without additional investment in systems, software, backup routines or staff training. HP s dynamic data deduplication reduces the disk space required to store backup data sets by between 10 and 50x without impacting backup performance. It increases the effective disk capacity of the D2D2503i from 3TBs raw to up to 112TBs resulting in greater data accessibility for rapid restore following data loss. Hewlett Packard
