Sony STR-DA6400ES Home Theater Receiver
The engineers at Sony have developed the best way for you to connect all of your speakers, game consoles, DVR, DVD player, and even your home PC to one receiver to be controlled by one remote control. The Sony STR-DA6400ES 7.1 channel network A/V receiver is built with the dual Faroudja DCDi Cinema chips that let it upscale standard def content to 1080i high definition in up to two rooms.
Using an Ethernet connection, Sony STR-DA6400ES home theater receiver can share photos, music, and videos with your PCs, even if your receiver is located in another room. In addition, the high-speed Ethernet connection enables network updates as well as simple setup.
The easy to navigate user interface has been enhanced to provide quick access to content on your PCs and can also be used in other rooms. Listen to your music on your MP3 player or iPod as well as SHOUT cast Internet Radio and Rhapsody Music Service in up to three rooms via the dual Digital Media Port (DMP) inputs.
