This is indeed a great center speaker - it will deliver clear dialog. One warning - it's big. Make sure you have enough room on your entertainment center for it. I underestimated the height of this speaker and it's currently on the floor waiting for new and larger entertainment furniture.

Good sound from this center speaker. Lacks in low bass and could be a bit brighter on the high end. You will want a subwoofer or large left/right channel speakers for low bass. I have a subwoofer so this unit fit in well. I was able to adjust my Sony receiver to send center channel low bass to the sub. Overall the sound is what I exepcted from a speaker of this size. Bass is there just no `punch' below 100Hz. It also seems to handle power well. I never notice any distortion even at high volume levels.
