Factory inbuilt battery with my CR410 was not at all working. It was giving me 10-12 minutes backup in fully charged condition. Even, when it was in good condition it was not giving more than 90 minute backup. This new battery is running for more than 4 hours and 30 minutes with normal setting and all the work. which is much much better than I expected.

The battery was not working properly once inside the laptop. I asked for support by e-mail, they instructed me to mail it back for a refund. I did so, and the refund was cretited to my card a few days later.

This battery is a joke, You would expect this size of battery to last at least for the duration of a full length movie... Swing and a miss...
