Pros & Cons :if you simply assume when you buy this camera, you'll need to pay that as well, the pair make a great setup for editing and buring the videos to disks or saving them as video files of almost any format imaginable.

Good Quality, Invest in Software

Pros & Cons :i spent a lot of money on this camera and thought it would work well with my vaio laptop but the other reviews are accurate - sony has horrible support and you can't do much with the videos.
