The AIT Library 81 tape library, with a unique 8-slot internal carousel configuration, holds up to 1.04TB of data for enterprise level storage requirements. With an MTBF of greater than 300,000 Power On Hours (100% duty cycle) and greater than 1,000,000 cycles MCBF, the Sony AIT Library 81 can provide years of trouble-free operation. With 1 AIT-2 tape drive, the AIT Library 81 can deliver data transfer rates of up to 112GB/h (2.6: 1 compression) to meet your storage needs and decrease your date backup window. With a very low profile 1U height, the AIT Library 81 delivers industry-leading storage density per cubic foot, providing mass storage in a compact, easy-to-use system.
