Sony{R} 1/4" Data Cartridge, 2.5GB - SONQD9250
A commitment to high output, high reliability, and high durability makes Sony's 1/4" data cartridges the ideal solution for data storage. A rigid heat-resistant cover protects the cartridge from warping that is caused by heat or humidity, while the high-precision VIVAX magnetic particles maintain high output and stable electromagnetic conversion efficiency. The DDL binder system improves the durability dispersion, and smoothness of the magnetic layer, maintaining stability even at high speeds and allowing for a considerable reduction in dropout. In addition, the Ultra-Stabilized (US) belt keeps deformation from tape tension to a minimum. The super-clean environment of the assembly line that produces the QIC safeguards against dust and other impurities.
