Pros & Cons :i checked as of two days ago, they have since changed their assine policy of requiring a paid service agreement for the spa962 updates.
Great Phone! BAD customer service!

Pros & Cons :easy enough to setup, but only because call centric had some documentation, the included docs and docs available on the net are a disgrace (minus 1 star)do not forget to buy the linksys pa100-na power adapter because they do not include one.
