I have only had this for a couple of months, but it's worked out really well. Easy set up, good sound, good value.

I don't take the time to review anything but when you suck you suck! Any question? OK the speaker sounds good, the build is good, but after that it gets a F-. This is for you all! Truth B said!

The phone itself is fine, but you get this for the speakerphone. However, when I got it, everyone says my voice is too faint (even though I am next to the mic). So I ended up using a headset, which defeats the purpose of spending the money on this phone in the first place. This Polycom is not the same quality as those in corporate conference rooms (of course those units cost a LOT more).
