This SBC DECT phone includes two handsets, a charging base station and a charging station.It provides longer range than 5.8 and 2.4GHz phones and has a very nice color displayIntroducing the SBC-6028-2HC. This phone uses the Digital Enhanced Cordless Telecommunications (DECT) Technology. This allows for better cordless communications in residential, corporate, and public environments.DECT offers higher quality speech and enhanced security.You will experience a low risk of radio interference because your phone will continually search for the best radio channels, while in standby mode and on a call.Phone calls will be encrypted for maximum call security and radio transmission is optimized for maximum battery life.In addition, this new technology works well with equipment from different manufacturers, such as handsets.The SBC-6028-2HC is equipped with a fully functional phone book, alarm, caller ID, and the ability to use five additional handsets. These phones are not what I expected. They have no jack for a headset and the address book must be entered in each phone (quite tedious and time consuming).
