I love this machine. It was easy to set-up for both my desktop and laptop for printing. The scanner produces excellent quality documents for viewing on screen. I have now scanned in all my documents and transferred to a flash drive. No more carrying around paper. The machine is very easy to use and I only wish I had made the purchase much sooner.

I highly recommend to buy this printer. I have always been an HP user. So I bought an HP officejet 6500 but returned it because it is too slow and you cannot print in grey scale duplex using "grey scale black cartrige only." It was extremely slow. So I returned it and bought this only yesterday. I only used it with wireless network. It behaves like it is directly connected to the computer. Printing quality is excellant. Photocopy is wonderful. You can scan directly without any wires. I turn it off if I am not using it. If you turn it on, it automatically connects it with the wireless network and then you see "online status" on your task bar immediately. Yess .. it feels a bit clunky but its qualties outweigh all these things. I usually dont write reviews for things but I thought I should write something about this printer as it is doing an excellant job. Particularly people who are looking for some new printer with features.

I needed a new all-in-one, and this had excellent reviews on Amazon. It installed on the wireless network in no time, and has worked reliably ever since. Installation on to other devices on the network was a breeze too. I haven't yet used the fax, so I can't comment on that. The print quality is very good. I'd give the machine a 5-star rating if the scanner software was better. I don't use it a great deal, so unfamiliarity may be part of the issue, but it just doesn't come across as at all intuitive to me. I'd happily buy one of these MFC's again, and I'd certainly highly recommend it to a friend.
