Pros & Cons :i called sherwood customer support on 9/21/10, 3 times.
disappointing
...finally i turned to amazon for support and they agreed to help fix the problem. and they did , i had to go with an exchange because of size problems, or i would not own this Sherwood product today ... read more

Pros & Cons :the remote is easy to use but you need to read the manual to learn all of the nice random play features - using the same remote button you get several options that display on the player - pretty simple actually.
