I ordered the item, received it and used it for about 12 hours over 2 days. It works just fine within its limitations. I have a high end hearing loss and I need a more professional system that has eq adjustments to account for my hearing limitations. This system reproduces the sounds and voices well but the sound comes out too heavy on the bass for my hearing and much of the time the talking I heard was garbled due to the lack of eq. Thanks for the quick service on the return.

i originally purchased the bigger headset model (the one that looks like earmuffs). my husband is hard of hearing and he was totally pleased with that one for about a year. then he asked me to see if there was a model that would be a little lighter and less bulky, so i found this one. he uses it every single night and loves it and i love not having to listen to his tv turned up full volume. it's a win-win situation. this one hangs on his ears and rests below his chin so he can fall asleep without the hassle of big earphones. anyone thinking of purchasing this product-do it. you won't be sorry. purchase a spare battery too. you can put it in the stand and it will be ready with a full charge should you need it.
