have this machine since 2 years and it worked fine in the beginning. The noise is quite loud but I can live with that. Whats really disappointing is the support of the Samsung Company. I used Mac OS X 10.4 and everything was fine. Upgraded to Leopard 10.5 and I had to wait 3 months (!) for them to update their drivers. It still can get worse: Since 10.5.3 (same goes for 10.5.4 AND 10.5.5) I can't print anymore. Although the companys homepage still claims 10.5 is enterly supported (which is NOT TRUE, only 10.5.1 and 10.5.2 are supported). I called them and they were pretty uninformed about all this. They didn't know about any issues with Mac OS and they didn't know anything about driver-compatibility. I still don't have a responce to a mail, sent 1 month ago, asking if the latest driver update (09/11/2008) includes any of the needed changes (fact is: it still doesn't work). So now I've been waiting for drivers that work another 5 months (!!!). And I'm about to sell this machine (I'll try to give it back to the shop where I bought it, but don't know if that will work). All in all this has been one of the most time consuming, energy eating purchases I have made in the last few years... Don't buy this unless you are using Mac OS X 10.5.2 or earlier!

This little Samsung copier is awesome! It is fast, quiet, and efficient. What more can you ask? Love it!
