Battery chargers are of many different types. These are designed differently to perform specific tasks based on their design. Here are a few different types of battery chargers. There are timer base chargers in which the output is terminated after a predetermined period of time. Then there are pulse chargers which used pulse technology which works with any size, voltage, capacity or chemistry of batteries, including automotive and valve-regulated batteries. Then you have inductive battery chargers which use electromagnetic induction to charge batteries up. In these chargers there are no open electrical contacts and hence there is no risk of electrocution. Then we have the most commonly used USB cable as a source to battery charging. This is commonly seen in mobile phones and portable music players. Here are a few brands of battery chargers you can chose from
Stealth battery chargers use their revolutionary Stealth1 technology. This is one of the most innovative charging processes available. Stealth1 systems can provide power to as many AS 10 to 12 batteries with one system. This will cost you less in the long run. If you are looking for something else you should consider the Lion electronics battery charger. This is a very popular brand which is commonly used. These chargers are capable of charging both a transmitter and receiver battery pack at the same time. They also feature LED indicators for both outputs and charges at a rate high enough to be used with the newer high current rate battery packs whilst not being too high to be used on the older packs.
