My first shipment had one badly gouged shelf. I asked them to simply send me another shelf, but they wanted me to return the original. In the end they were responsive and I got a nice shelf, but it would have been easier for both of us if they had just sent one more of the bad part, instead on having me return the whole thing for a new one.
