The Sanus System VMAA26S is wonderful. It works wonderful with my panasonic 42 inch flat panel. It allows me to watch TV from many different places within the room and also allows me to get behind the TV for hook up very easily. Great product.

I'm very happy with the prompt shipment of the product before Xmas at no extra charge. The product was very easy to mount and love the way it extends. I mounted a 52" Sony LCD which worked like a charm. The mount is heavy by design and becomes heaver when the TV is attached. For saftey reasons have two people lift the TV/mount and the third person attached the TV/mount to the secured wall plate. (Mounting Tip) The two people lifting the TV/mount must to strong enough to lift the TV/mount higher then the wall bracket in order for the TV/mount to drop in place. It's real easy but a little heavy with a large TV. Then just tighten the saftey screws. Good luck it's a great mount.

Would have rated this mount a five star because it does works smoothly and is buildt for "hefty", however the mount had several problems. 1.it came with the the wrong length bolts (too long) for mounting the rack to the tv, (and fortunately my husband didn't force it before discovering the error, and purchasing the proper length) A call to customer service clarified the size as well as instructions for centering the mount which were not cyrstal clear in the manual. 2.the bolts that mount the plate to the wall are made of cheap pot metal and one sheared when tightening down. ( had to drill through the plate an anchor with a replacement steel bolt) Had we realized this before installation we would have replaced all of them. You just expect better from a $300 plus mount ! All in all- we are pleased with the ease of motion and movement of the articulating arm, and our dealings with Amazon.
