I bought this Sansa Clip 2 GB MP3 player to use mainly for workout purposes at our local YMCA. I am amazed at how many songs it will hold!! The quality of the sound is good and I like being able to clip it to my clothes as I work out. I did purchase a different type of ear plugs since my ears are smaller than the plugs that came with it. It works well with those too. It is tiny and I appreciate a good product Amazon.

I loved the small size and it has a better bookmark/resume system than most other players that I've had. What I didn't like was how it just shut off after a few hours and now it is little more than a teensy doorstop. It won't charge, won't turn on, and can't be seen when plugged into my computer. I was going to return it and get another one but after reading all the other one-star reviews I think I'm going to buy something else.

I had the player about 2 months, using it occasionally in the morning when I jog. It was very light and easy to use, and I agreed with the many positive reviews. One morning, I noticed that it suddenly stopped and I could no longer read the display. Tried recharging the battery and resetting the player, then contacted customer service. Followed their instructions to reprogram, but nothing. I then received a return authorization and sent it in for replacement. It's now been a month and a half. Every time I email customer service to check on status, I'm told to call the return department. When I reach the return department, they tell me to call back. This morning I received an email that they haven't received my player. I won't buy another product from this company.
