This product works great. It easy to use and much better than a fullsize headset. I use Skype as my main business phone and this headset comes in handy. Its easy to pack, and never gets tangled up or anything because it Retracts. The Stereo headset makes phone calls sound way better than a regular house phone.

After only one or two uses the microphone stopped working. This purchase was actually to replace another of the same model that had also failed. I guess you get what you pay for.
