You spend much time on the phone, with them, their systems doesnt seem to give them the information they need. They have no email address or web for customer service. Last time I had a guy who hardly spoke english..and then waiting and waiting.. please hold .. please hold.. My phone stopped working after 4 weeks.. so a garanty issue , has been a year and a half and half and not gotten it solved.. I will not waste more time on it . Can just recomend, DONT even buy one of their products.. Sorry but it is the truth.

Are you the sort that, like me, makes frequent changes to your outgoing phone announcement? This phone requires no less than 10 presses on three different buttons in order to do so. An added insult to intuition is having to use the left and right arrow buttons to move among items that are displayed in a vertical list. Why not use the perfectly good up and down buttons that are right there too? There's a reason there are 54 buttons on the face of this phone. You'll be using many of them.

Buttons are too small, cumbersome and confusing. Difficult to read in any position. I've had this phone for less than six months. I experienced an issue today with the answering machine memory resulting in an inability to receive or play any messages, in- or outgoing. Technical Support instructed me to reset the phone memory by unplugging the power, disconnecting the phone lines, and removing the batteries after which I had to wait 10 minutes. I was instructed to then restore everything in reverse order and all should be ok. If not, they would replace my phone if less than 2 yrs old. This did not work and they offered to send me a replacement, provided I give them a credit card number to ensure that I return the defective unit. This is fine but quite an inconvenience. This type of failure should not occur after only six months. Therefore, it raises a serious reliability issue with the product. Who knows what will happen in the future???
