Phone: 4 stars RCA Customer Service: 0 stars Pros: - The look and feel of the phone is great, it looks sharp and has a ton of features. The button layout, spacing, etc seems very nice, no wrong keys pressed by accident. I bought it specifically for office intercom, digital answering system, viewable caller id, and the ability to add a wireless handset, and add other phones at any time (up to 16 total) - exactly what I needed. Not to mention the affordable cost. - Bought these from Amazon (I got the wireless handset, and another speakerphone with intercom sans answering system.). I dread to think of the nightmare I'd of had to return them with RCA. Cons: - The intercom system didn't work. It should have been super simple, but for some reason it wasn't. I looked online for solutions, found none (RCA doesn't have user forums that I could find). I called customer service, and after an hour, all they told me was to unplug the phone, let it sit for 15 minutes, and try again, which didn't work (obviously). I'm guessing there is something amiss with my setup (phone line, dsl, fax, etc), but they didn't even ask a single thing about my personal office setup. RCA custom service equals a big zero. Horrible. - The phone reception was very full of static. I've tried 3 other phone systems on the same lines, and no static was encountered. I have to blame the phone on this one. Had the phone actually worked for my office I'd have given it a 4 star rating (dropping it a star due to the annoying static).
