Of course it has a 20 amp plug on it. If it didn't, you could not plug it in to a 20 amp outlet and utilize the additional capacity. You also could not legally advertise it as a 20 amp strip. You should have bought the same strip with a 15 amp rating, and, therefore, a 15 amp plug. It would have been $14 cheaper.

Be warned, this powerstrip uses the NEMA 5-20 type plug, and will need an adapter if you want to plug it into a standard US outlet. Mine arrived bent along the length, so it can not lie flat on the wall.

I found out that I ordered the incorrect version of the power strip (20 amp). I called the company, since it is in my area, and they replaced it. I am very pleased with the strip because it meets a great need I had for my business.
