After placing the order and waiting a couple days, I prompted NE Battery for a ship date/tracking number, Rick on NE Battery replied within the hour stating they were unable to ship due to the nasty weather, and that he would be in contact with me once it shipped. Rick sent me a note a few days later with the tracking number; he had shipped it UPS express rather than standard ground to compensate for not being able to ship it out earlier. Note, the inability to ship was not under Rick's (or NE Battery's) control - it was weather related. Once the package was on it's way, there was an error on the address, I emailed Rick and he contacted UPS immediately to provide the correction. All in all due to circumstances beyond their control, NE Battery went above and beyond the call to deliver the goods. Oh, and the battery was the correct one....
