mp3 music players

   This was my first MP3 player and I am quite satisfied. The sound quality is excellent, it weighs only 1.3 oz, nicely clips to clothing for my walks, and is fairly easy to manipulate the controls. Adding MP3 files is as easy as copy/paste. I great feature is "albums" so you can store entire albums or recorded books and it will play all "tracks" without stopping. Only gripe is the very cheap and lightweight ear buds that seem to never stay lodged properly. I am tempted to replace them with sturdier ear phones but that would increase the weight.

   This was my first mp3 player and it worked really great! It's cheaper than an ipod and works real well. The FM radio and the voice recorder are nice functions. The clip in the back is very useful when i workout or go for a jog outside. Overall i think the sansa sandisk clip is a great mp3 player for first time buyers and for anyone who wants a cheaper yet good mp3.

   I cannot understand why this product has got this much positive feed back. I could not find the biggest limitation of this product in any review and that is I could not add any songs from my local PC. The only way of doing this is to subscribe the rhapsody.com which has $15 per month. I found this product very good except this limitation. However I appreciate the return policy of the Amazon.com.

   I listen to mine for approximately an hour daily (walking). I have yet to hear all of the music that I downloaded. It appears to cycle to the random mode and this is where I keep getting the repeat songs. The instructions that came with the unit do not cover the units capabilities. I understand that a fellow has posted this info on the net but have not been able to locate yet. A big improvement would be to replace the plasic and armband carrier with a clip. Don't know if it's the batteries I am using, but it is eating up the batteries very fast. I replaced the earbuds since the standard earbuds that came with the unit appear to be made for large ears (these are standard size). I would probably buy again even with the above problems. Of course, I would check my options first.

   I think these are being discontinued, which is why they're so inexpensive. All the same, you can't beat the price. It feels a little flimsy, but has held up well thus far, and I don't have any complaints. The armband is serviceable, and the buttons are clear and easy to use. I haven't tried the voice recorder or radio function yet.

   I have two of these now and I have to say it really does the job. I listen to mine through the Sansa Speaker Dock and it's great for listening to audio books, which is about all I listen to. I can't really say if it would be good for listening to music, but if you are looking for something to listen to books on, I'm pretty sure you'll be happy with it. I download my books from Audible and it's as easy as can be. I'm only giving it 4 stars because I find the functions a little hard to locate sometimes, but I always end up finding the one I'm looking for. They aren't labeled "rewind", "play", etc., but it may be that way on all MP3 players.

   NWEB105FBLK's sound quality is excellent. You can record voice or off the FM. I just wish that there is 4GB model available.

   I got my nextgen walkman 2 yrs ago.. I really adore the weight of this device, you do not feel that you have it on you.. So I got one more for my brother's birthday.. he loves it too.. the screen can be enhanced a little more.. overall very good product strongly recommend it.

   The unit came with defect. Everytime I push the on button, it turns itself off. It is just possible to turn the mp3 on when it's connected to the computer. I am awaiting a replacement.

   THIS IS THE BEST LITTLE MP3 PLAYER! MOSTLY BECAUSE YOU CAN LISTEN TO THE RADIO AND RECORD FROM THE RADIO AS WELL. ALL IN ALL I AM EXTREMELY SATISFIED WITH THIS MP3 PLAYER!

   Easy to use. This is really true, because I'm a granny and not from the techie generation. Excellent audio quality. Easy to download music. Price is right.

   I just wanted to add in the fact that the radio reception on this was awesome compared to the Creative Zen. I had the zen for all of 5 hours and then took it back because I really like all the other features but this one has great reception compared to any I've seen out there. Also - the video quality and interface is very easy to familiarize yourself with it. One thing that I was initially unsure of was that I normally used itunes to put things on my nano but then when I got this and you set it up you can drag pictures right into the directories just like you would on any other disk. The way that you get the coverflow and songs/music/videos on it can easily be synch'd with Windows Media Player 11 that they recommend. I strongly recommend that if you have a chance go to a tech department store that sells them and try it out I bought it after having a Ipod Nano, Creative Zen & now this! It's cheaper and very very happy with it. I doubt anyone that buys it will have any true quarrels to pick with it. (Only thing that I really liked with the Creative Zen that this one doesn't have is the ability to "delete" songs from it - that would help get rid of songs that you really don't want on it but when I add a ton of songs from my computer there are bound to be a few that could be put to the recycling bin with no problem! Strongly recommend trying it out.

   Es un reproductor excelente, el tamaño es perfecto para los bolsillos, tiene una opcion de bloqueo para que no se marquen las teclas mientras lo lleves en el bolsillo. La calidad de sonido de los audifonos es muy buena, ademas de contar con equalizadores y la opcion de personalizar tu sonido. Lo mejor de todo es la duración de la pila. Desde que lo compre no lo cargaba hasta que pasaron casi dos semanas para hacerle su primera carga. El precio es excelente. La interfaz grafica es perfecta muy agradable a la vista. En fin es un producto 100% recomendable. Si tienes la oportunidad de comprarlo, do dudes en hacerlo. Recomendable...!!!!

   Likes: Sound quality, ease of use, size, battery life. Dislikes: Can't find a good case that protects the screen. Limited playback order, if you select "play all" it only gives you the option of playing songs in order of song title. My old MP3 player would allow you to select it by artist, album, song, genre, etc.

   When I first played a MP3 song, the first impression was WOW. This thing sounded great. The highs, mids, and lows were clear. When it comes to sound quality, this MP3 is one of the best. I have three IPODS and this player kills them in sound. If you are serious about sound quality, get this one. It does everything I want. Plays MP3's. I don't care about videos on the little screen. The pictures come out crystal clear but again, I just want an MP3 player that plays my music with great sound quality. And it also looks good. I'd like to mention that I am using this MP3 player with Denon headphones (AH-D1000). These two are a perfect combination for me. I listen to everything and I can't find a flaw. I can't stop listening to it.

   This is a good MP3 player for a decent price. Sleek look, clear screen and easy to navigate. I only use it to listen to music. Although I've watched what it came with. If you want to get movies on here get the higher gig ones. But if you just use it for music then this is the player. Some review said it was not loud enough. I don't know what that person is talking about. It's very loud if you want it to be. The only bad thing is that the new headphone design is awful in my view. And it's short even with the extension. I just bought another pair of Sony headphones and use them instead. I would recommend this player to anyone. But get the hard case for added protection. This is a sturdy product but you always want to be on the safe side. I lift weights listening to mine so I'm always worried.

   This Mp3 sounds great...I got some Korn songs (the first and second album) on it...and the deep sound explode on my ears....brutal...the four stars is just because it doesnt have the fm tuner..

   Pink is so cool. I have it in pink and enjoy this MP3 player very much. I bought this device specifically for playing music, although you can store pictures and video. The sound is awesome and crisp. It works fine with Vista. Navigation is quite easy. This device is small but very convenient. I feel very good about my selection. There is one drawback. I exercise and wore my previous Samsung MP3 player around my neck with a slim leather neck chain. There is a tiny, tiny slot on the side of this player for that. It would be very awkward to use for that purpose. You would need an armband or a case that would accomodate a neck chain. The bass is unbelievable for such a small device. Ladies, I thought the pink would be horrible, but purchased it after seeing this device in a store. The pink is kick butt.

   I had purchased this product locally for my wife as an anniversery gift. I liked it so much that I had to buy one for myself! The sound quality is great! I can hear every note and instrument clearly, even with orchestral music. Sony's product quality is unmatched. It was also easy to set up. I've reccomended this player to several people and highly reccomed this to anyone wanting a quality player.
