   Excellent buy, fast delivery. On products details does not mention it brings earphones and USB cable though, but it does. After I bought this one, I realized that for $60 more I could have got the classic 30G one, but I do like the fact of its size. Classics are way to big for my taste, so if you like a video ipod of an actual portable size, this is the choice for you.

   Very bad customer service, even after sending the defected product. I got the semi-defective product; after calling to the vendor's customer care, they behaved badly, and said if I will send the product back I have to pay for the shipping (with insurance), and even though they will not replace the product. It shows, first send the defective product and then instead of apologizing for sending the bad product, behave bad with the customer. sandeep

   I got this product for my wife and she was thrilled with it! It even had a engraving at the back with a special note. Since we use the gym quite regularly , a great item to buy with this product is theBelkin Neoprene Sports Armband for iPod nano 3G (Black/Gray) arm band. Works great! The iPod is sleek and sexy but please be careful since it is quite thin. I have not tried to snap it or put pressure on it, but I always treat it delicately.

   I bought this item for its great looks, form factor and the Apple interface, but I've come to regret this choice as I primarily listen to audio books with this device. My primary issues with using this device for audio books are: -1- Doesn't support DRM-protected Windows Media Audio (WMA) files!! That precludes me from downloading Overdrive books from my local library. Most devices at this price point support this feature and I wish Apple would too. -2- I loose my bookmark whenever the unit is recharged (really inconvenient for books!!). -3- I only get ~5 hrs of runtime between charges. Also, the 'click-shift' mechanism for selecting files is hard to work with, and there have been a few technical glitches whereby all content on the iPod spuriously vanished.

   Great product! It was exactly how it was described and I had no problems with the transaction at all. I bought this as a gift and he was very happy with it.

   I received my 4gb pink nano as a Christmas present last year and so far so GREAT!!! I have no complaints at all. My nano has withstood two teenage sons taking it from room to room, one 12 yr old daughter who goes horse riding listening to it and me, who takes it along to work and endures the bus ride home. Its always had a cover on it which I insist or they dont borrow it and for the longest time I kept the covering on the screen and dial but after 6 months my son removed them and still NO scratches and this nano is in pockets, purses, backpacks and sometimes just lying around, its been dropped I hate to say and still working like a charm. we love this little gadget of technology and this Christmas my 3 kids are getting their own so maybe mom can have hers back!! I would recommend it!!!!

   Elegant design, easy to use, only downside is there are better versions on the market now.

   New 8GB Nano, Love It!
   Love the ability to flip through album art. Easy to download PodCast videos with excellent sound. Still not a big fan of the "cheap" earphones.nGreat product get's better. Apple has another winner!!
   Pros: Love the footprint, ease of navigation
   Cons: Wish screen was a wee bit larger for videos
