Worked fine for a couple of days. Then Receptionist complained of static and people not being able to hear her. I checked and found that the prongs had come out of the end of the housing. I decided to take the unit apart and was able to reinsert the prongs such that they will not come out again. So, besides this problem, the unit is working just fine.
