Very happy with the purchase. I've used the headset previously, but the addition of the landline phone interface is great and works well.

I finally splurged for this headset kit to use at work and I'm glad I did it. Pros: Wireless freedom at the office-I can't stress that enough! Busy lamp has also cut down on the awkward miming done when co-workers try to talk to me while I'm on the phone. This headset also supports a second pairing with my cell phone. Came with several charging options: USB, car charger and the base charges as well. The first two, the cord-based chargers, have a very strong connecter that literally snaps into place. That's a great improvement over the other bluetooth devices I've owned. I did a lot of comparison shopping and it was my best option for the office. Cons: Setup was frustrating, too much guessing for an item this expensive. I don't use the lifter - instead I hit a button to engage the headset and another to answer the phone. Carry pouch is worthless, IMHO. Doesn't handle road noise in the car very well at all. Not a problem for me as this is office-based, but I wouldn't recommend it for road warriors.

I've been using the plantronics 510sl for a few weeks now and love it! The battery is amazing, connectivity is great w/ my blackberry and I can hear very well. People I've been speaking with occasionally mention they have difficulty hearing me but these comments are very intermittent. So, it's not perfect, but it's darn close.
