this is about the 4th headset of these I've ordered and I have 0 complaints. I order them for work for those who need to be on calls but can't be restrained by a phone cord. I ordered this for one of employees in the Israel office on a Tuesday because he would be in the US on that next Monday. I was scared that it wouldn't be in by Monday, but it came that Friday! So it worked out perfectly. I think the range is good if you are being realistic. Will it work if your on another floor? Probably not. But will work if you are 50 to 100 feet away, YEA! our receptionist has one and she can walk around a bit and receive calls. If you are not near the phone, and you get a call, a beep comes in on the headset to notify you there's a call. Than you press the little button on the set, your phone lifts and the call is answered, and you can hang up the call from the set itself. only con is that the lift sometimes gets stuck as your ending your call, and you might need to help it close the phone- just push the phone down- so that the call is ended.

I've been using this headset at work for the last year and a half and absolutely love it! The sound quality is supurb, the weight is light, and the range is decent (up to 100 feet or so with thin office walls and cubicles in between). I just ordered another for my wife (who works from home) who will need to answer the phone from throughout the house once our first baby arrives. She's already tested it in every room of the house (2-story), and the back yard as well without the slightest loss of signal (base unit in loft in middle of house). I believe the sticker price for this was far more than I expected, but thanks to Amazon I was able to spend $150 less than my work did for mine! Excellent....

I looked at lots of these earpieces and chose this one because of the reviews on it. I was not disappointed. Easy to set up and use. Earpiece is not the most comfortable in the world but I can walk all around my home and still answer the phone as if I were at my desk.
