I purchased as a replacement unit for my Pioneer Avic D2. The first one was damaged when transferred to my new vehicle. It works great. It helps me navigate around traffic jams in the Phoenix Metro and on California Trips. I just wish I had it when I lived in NYC.

The Nav Traffic tuner works great! No issues and easily installed. Nice install all the way and I'm no expert to be sure. thanks.

I purchased this unit with my Pioneer AVIC-N4 and it seems to do the job pretty well. The flashing red/yellow/green lines on congested roadways is very helpful. The first time I used it, I was driving and noticed that the route I was going to take (across the East River) was blinking red. I looked across the river and saw a severe traffic jam. Coming home from that same trip, it alerted me that traffic was slow ahead and asked to reroute. I said yes, and it diverted me onto a highway I didn't even know existed and cut my travel time down an hour or so. The only think I don't like about it that it's an extra charge with XM and some of the information is dated (ie. road closures that I knew were no longer closed, but listed on the screen). Overall, if you own a pioneer navigation system - you might as well get it. It's worth it.
