This is an easy to operate printer. The major downfall I have experienced is software problems. It has caused WORD 2007 and Internet Explorer to continually crash. I am still trying to get the problem resolved. I have had the printer about two weeks, and if it is not resolved, I will have no choice but to return it. That would be sad becuase the features are nice and easy to operate. HP does seem to have software problems, as I have seen this on the microsoft website.

May 6, 2008: I recently purchased this HP AIO printer from Best Buy for $179 to replace the horrible Canon Pixma MP780 I had. The Canon had a "scanner error" -read my review on Amazon. Here are my pros and cons for the HP C7280 AIO. I plan on updating my comments as I use the printer more often and as time progresses. PROS: Easy to setup software on a Macintosh - I recommend you download directly from [...] to get the most recent drivers and not use the CD Extremely easy to install ink cartridges - same cartridges print photo and regular print on paper Reprint Button - amazing feature, place a photo on glass, makes another photo of original photo User friendly buttons Photo Print Quality - Good, not excellent Easy to make copies Scanner finished fairly quickly - very easy to use CONS: Reprint photo - came out slightly more yellow than original HP Photosmart Studio Software - Seems very basic (brightness, contrast, exposure, color, saturation adjustments, red eye, and cropping features) if you need to shade things out, use Photoshop or something similar Ink Runs - within a day of printing a recipe, I accidentally dropped some water on paper and the ink bleed so badly I couldn't read the word Slow to initially print in general Editing HP Photosmart Studio software is also slow to print TBT (To Be Tested): Installation on PC Fax Feature Wireless capability Just to note, I bought this printer mainly for the printer, scanner, and copier features. The wireless and Fax features were not requirements for my purchase.
