Once again, wish I had read the reviews. 42" plasme TV incompatible with wall mount. Worse yet, it's a gift to my mother-in-law and now I have to scramble to get a mount. Why the false advertising? This is one web retailer that's down the tubes for me.

The picture of the product, doesn't correspond. I am upset, it is not what I waited. The information indicates that it can settle until in televisions of 46 inches, however, I have not been able to install it in a television of 42 inches. The product is excellent, this it is an error of information of the product. The situation, leads to carry out a not wanted purchase.

Great looking mount and certainly appears it will be more than adequate, however the mounting instructions assert I MUST use the "multi-washers" (rectangle piece of metal w/several holes in it) to attach the mounts to the back of the TV. Fine by me, but there were NONE included with the mount and I am looking for these now, or need to find/make a suitable substitute!
